Economic construction engineer

Roles

1. Make plans to manage documents, contracts, bidding progress, payments, advances… of Xuan Cau Lach Huyen project (752Ha) and the Company’s Industrial
2. Park and Seaport infrastructure projects.
3. Participate in preparing bidding documents on the basis of design documents, estimates, relevant internal approvals, other related requirements, and develop evaluation criteria for contractor selection.
4. Analyze and evaluate bidding documents, prepare a summary report and propose approval for bidding and submit to the Board of Directors for consideration and decision.
5. Coordinate with design management and construction economics departments to clarify design documents, samples/standards of materials, supplies and equipment.
6. Coordinate with the Project Management Board to have detailed information about: Contractors, construction conditions, construction methods, construction progress for the bidding package.
7. Participate in drafting, negotiating, and monitoring the implementation of Construction Consulting Contracts and Construction Contracts, collecting opinions from functional departments and management levels during the implementation process.
8. Prepare a draft report, verify the FS and criticize the total investment and project investment efficiency.
9. Perform other tasks when requested.
